RB Agency, as organiser, wishes to inform media representatives that applications for press accreditation for the Dan Balan concert, scheduled for 21.02, must be submitted exclusively to the following e-mail address: office@rbagency.ro.
Accreditation period
The accreditation period is open until 18.02 at 15:00. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Required information
The accreditation request e-mail must include:
- the full name of each person proposed for accreditation;
- the name of the media organisation they represent.
Access conditions
Each media institution/company is entitled to a maximum of two (2) accreditations. Access to the concert will be granted exclusively to accredited media representatives, who will be required to present their press ID at the access points. Non-accredited journalists will not be admitted to the event.

Personal Data Processing Notice
By completing and submitting the press accreditation form, your personal data (name, publication/channel, e-mail address, phone number) will be processed by S.C. RB PRODUCTION BOOKING&MEDIA S.R.L. (data controller), on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), solely for the purpose of managing press accreditations for the stated event.
Data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the event and then deleted.
